Today, I create purpose-driven, engaging learning experiences that solve your business challenges. As a dedicated lifelong learner, I thrive on turning complex problems into clear, focused solutions. I find joy in helping others gain knowledge and skills.

My process begins with a thorough analysis and appropriate strategic planning. For instance, I might start by reviewing an existing onboarding program and then optimizing the training processes for a more streamlined experience. When designing and developing customized e-learning solutions, I collaborate with stakeholders using a variety of tools, such as MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack. To ensure pedagogically sound courses, I employ the A.D.D.I.E. and S.A.M. models. I then build visually appealing courses tailored to the specific training needs of interaction and retention by utilizing custom graphics and robust software like Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Canva. Next, I develop custom graphics, infographics, and training materials to further boost user engagement and simplify complex information. I am equally at home designing, developing, and delivering adult learning programs.
